Purchased an Audi A3 from here today at Dirkhill Motors and I cannot fault a thing. The car was in perfect condition, just as it was described and did not let me down. I was given good customer service and would recommend to buy from here if ever need be, a very easy and pleasant transaction. Very happy with my new car.

Car (vw golf) was very well presented. Had a good look around and was shown all documents and full service history. Was offered a test drive. Very helpful and friendly. After sales service also great. Overall excellent.

My husband and myself have just bought a vauxhall astra vxr off this dealer. Adam the proprietor made our experience very enjoyable the car came serviced, mot'd, cambelt and waterpump changed and fully valeted and even sent pictures and updates on work that was done. I have recently had the very pleasurable experience of buying a VW Scirocco from this dealer. I bought the car over the phone, and was very impressed by the honesty and integrity of Adam the proprietor. The car was exactly as described, the service excellent, the car even better than I expected. The car was given to me MOT'd, fully serviced and immaculately presented. I travelled up from Manchester to see Adam at Dirkhill on a Sunday afternoon, he hung on despite me being 30 minutes late due to the sunny weekend traffic! The car was ready and waiting, and presented perfectly. After being extensively shown around it, a test drive was offered which was duly accepted. We took a good route around Bradford, taking in some speed bumps, corners, and some speed to give it thorough test. It felt great to drive, and a big improvement on the V50 I was replacing after it having a hard life! I decided to buy there and then, despite Adam's offers for time to think etc. I'm glad I did, it was great to be able to drive it to London for work the next day. I did have a small mechanical hiccup, which wasn't at all predictable, but Adam's after sales service was second to none and I was back on the road the same day after just a couple of phone calls and a visit to his garage. Top notch service, with a smile. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful, I was put under no pressure and they took time to explain everything to me. This was the first time I had bought a car on my own without my husband but I felt comfortable and in control. They even rang me to make sure I had arrived home safely.
